Pets! (◕ω◕し)

Do any of you own pets?
If yes, what species? Perhaps show photos of them too?
And if you don't have pets, would you like some?



I own a cat called Vampy (because he used to have very long canines until they had to be removed). Not sure how old he is since I adopted him. He doesn't seem young though since he's stiff and can't climb fences. He's pretty big - when he stretches out he easily reaches 1m in length!


I also recently got a hamster called Tufty. I think he's 8 weeks old now. I'm surprised at how quickly he's becoming tame. My cat became interested in him but is now cautions around the hamster since he bit him in the paw pad.

I owned a hamster, his name is Hachii but he died after new year It's sad to think that he didn't even last for a month. They said that it died because of the noise of fireworks and other firecrackers (

Wah! That's so cool. I've owned quite a few species but they were all mammals. I think owning a dragon would be nice but they seem hard to take care of...

I'm sorry to hear that... it is very likely that the hamster had a heart attack or so. Then again, chances are that he came from a bad breeder. I've owned 4 hamsters previously and I noticed all those I got from a certain pet shop died within a few months. Their breeder obviously wasn't good.
