Duties Order

I don't know what's the right word for it, sorry. but what I mean is I want to arrange an order for the one who will do the duties for mixing audio, video, atwork, etc. in our group. I know we have had the persons who do it, but sometimes I*maybe not just me* want to do it too. yes we can say it directly, but I think we should make an order/sequence/... for the one who will do it.
example for the mixing:
1st single sayumin
2nd single mirri
...etc.<<it's just example>>

so if you agree with me let's do it!!

Hmmm..... actually we do [admins] take turn in mixing,
Sayumin, Rei-chan and Fluffy.
Those who suggest the song is usually the one who does the mixing.
I'll still wait for Fluffy and Rei-chan, if they agree to your suggestion...
Cause I think some of our members, doesn't really mix...

No problem for me. I think the idea is good. XD Since I'm quite lazy in mixing xD.

I think this is actually a very good idea! That way we can make the best of everyone's skills and combine them. For example, in the mixing department, one person might be better at doing mixing for certain songs than someone else. I'm not trying to imply that some people can't mix, but it's probably nice to get a break from the duties at times as well. It would also give people who want to do it some practice. In the worst case scenario someone else can always fix something that sounds off.

As an example to illustrate it, we could have a list of people willing to do certain jobs such as:
Mixing
Scripting
Animating
Illustrating
Image Editing
Management (i.e. organization)

I can't currently think of more of the important jobs, but I think it's very possible to have everyone who wishes to take part in some way or another apart from singing. \( ´∀` )/ Of course, as I saw mention in one thread (I think Rina mentioned pointed this out due to the song having high notes?), those who don't wish to sing a certain song due to one reason or another can still join in by taking on one of the roles that form the backbone of the chorus.

Like you said Mirri, I do like this idea. I would love to help with illustrating/image editing/scripting but I can't do much in the departments of mixing/animating due to the limited equipment I have at the moment.

I illustrate (I applied for it in the first place) and can edit images, maybe write scripts too. Haven't tried the last before but it seems fun.

Maybe in the near future I can animate too. Hopefully I'll find time to learn a bit during April (off uni for a month).

Unfortunately I don't understand how mixing works at all. lllorz It's a factor that often keeps me away from recording.
