I think most of the artists use photoshop but there are also free programs like gimp and pain.NET. I recommend paint.Net because gimp is difficult to use. You can also watch tutorials in youtube. Hope I helped. XD

I usually colour using Paint Tool SAI since I find it a lot more user friendly for that purpose than Photoshop. I think colouring in GIMP is rather similar to PS. Personal preference I guess.
If I have time I wouldn't mind colouring it for you. If you'd like that is. (·ω· )

actually I've tried Paint Tool SAI but the only thing I can do is lineart T_T
